What is e-CNPJ A1
The data can be protected by an access password, created by the user.
To avoid losing the A1 certificate you need to make a backup, which can be restored to the same computer, if it needs to be formatted, or to another computer.

The e-CNPJ A1 allows access to the Federal Revenue services in e-CAC, related to the legal entity, such as delivery of declarations, consultation of the taxpayer's fiscal situation, signature of State and Municipal Electronic Invoices and much more!
Indications
The validity of this certificate is one year, counted from its date of issue.
Prerequisites for issuance
- Valid CPF and CNPJ must be submitted.
- The legal representative must have the correct situation and the correct data in the IRS database.
- You should attend a service desk (face-to-face validation) and present the required documents in order.
Procedures for issuing the digital certificate.
- Completion of purchase and payment.
- Scheduling of face-to-face validation by phone.
- Face-to-face validation, presentation of documents and receipt of the digital certificate.
Necessary documents
- About us
- duly registered with the competent bodies;
- Election Documents of the current board of directors, when applicable;
- Updated CNPJ card;
- Enrollment in the INSS Specific Registry (Optional).
- Referring to the legal representative at the Federal Revenue Service
- 2 identification documents (b) (Driver's License, General Registration - RG, Passport, Professional Portfolio, such as CRC, OAB, CREA, CRM);
- Registration of Individuals - CPF;
- Proof of address issued for a maximum of three months (water bill, electricity bill, landline telephone, gas, where the name of the holder is recorded);
- A recent 3 × 4 photo (if the document is more than five years old);
- Proof of enrollment in PIS / PASEP / CI-NIS - (Optional);
- Title of voter - (Optional);
- Specific register of INSS-CIS - (Optional).
- If the last contractual change is in conjunction with the consolidation, the incorporation document is not required.
- Documents issued with expiration date must be in force.
The certificate holder must appear before a representative of AC Link and submit the documents as requested above for a conference, and at the moment, the Term of Entitlement (TUT) will be printed and signed.
AC Link reserves the right to request additional documents if it deems necessary.
